I'd been exploring 'Send As' with this exact requirement on finding that using an Outlook 2016 profile connected to two 365 subscriptions with 'Send As' rights for several Shared Mailboxes on each, Sent Items directed specifically to the Sent Items folder of a Shared Mailbox would be saved to the Sent Items of the Default 365 Account. Remark: Users of Mac Outlook 2016 may face so many issues while using any utility of that application in Mac Operating System. Thus, they may face an occurrence of Outlook for Mac not automatically sending or receiving emails and so many issues. So, it is better to move from Mac to Outlook to Window Outlook OS. Thus, Outlook for Window is much preferable as compare to Outlook for Mac.
